Meet The Partners

Ashlee Hall

Founding Partner

Ashlee is a tax attorney with 18 years of legal and business experience. Her passion is crafting tailored solutions for small business owners and self-employed individuals so that they can maximize tax savings. Why should only big corporations and the high-net-worth elite have access to legal loopholes?

Ashlee previously worked at one of the largest tax resolution law firms in the country and was previously a tax senior manager with a big four public accounting firm in its national tax credits and incentives group. While there, Ashlee focused on Qualified Opportunity Zones and other business tax credits before she was tasked in March 2020 with digesting the Employee Retention Credit (“ERC”) as the relevant legislation, guidance, and updates were released. Ashlee also managed ERC engagements from start to finish primarily for Fortune 500 and middle market companies, helping businesses claim more than $165M in tax credits. Ashlee transitioned to Figure Financial in early 2022 where she helped build a robust ERC quality control process and has helped eligible small business owners claim over $700M in tax credits.

Ashlee enjoys digesting new tax law and guidance and has taught numerous CPEs and CLEs to CPAs and attorneys on complicated tax issues. While at Figure Financial, Ashlee was certified to provide national CPE by the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.

Ashlee also has earned the distinction of Certified Tax Coach from the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners in 2018. Ashlee’s expertise in business tax credits, IRS audits, and proactive tax planning gives her a well-rounded approach to advising her clients on how to meet goals while realizing tax savings.

In addition to proactive tax planning, Ashlee focuses heavily on ERC substantiation and audits.
